Your fabrics or ours
You may choose to have your fabrics mailed to us directly from the seller or we can use our stock fabrics at an additional cost.

Spreading and cutting
The fabrics will be spread on our cutting table and using your pattern, we will cut down the materials with accuracy.

Sewing and finishing
Our skilled sewing operators skillfully produce your garments and apply any special finishes. The garments then go through a quality control phase to ensure that each item is produced with high standards.

Packing for shipment
Your garments will be packed together in a plastic bag, then placed in either a poly mailer or shipping box. We prefer shipping UPS or USPS and always retain tracking information for insurance. We offer packing options for drop-shipping with low minimums as well.

Garment Design Consultation
Need help refining your garment idea? Our product development team can help you turn your concept into a viable garment. During the consultation, they will help you clarify your design, decide on construction methods that would best fit your garment, discuss your target retail costs, discuss details such as hems, finishes, buttons, closures, etc., go over measurements and fit and talk about fabric choices. We are available for in person meetings or virtually.

Tech Pack Creation
Our product development team will take the information from the product design consultation and use it to create technical flats that show the details and measurements of your garment. Once you approve the technical flat, then the team will create a technical packet (tech pack for short) that contains all of the information that our manufacturing company will need to produce the garment

Pattern and Sample making
Once the technical flat has been created, the pattern designer will start working on the pattern. The pattern will be created based on the measurements from the flat and the tech pack. The sample maker will then create a toile or muslin sample. This is the very first concept sample, typically sewn in an inexpensive fabric. It is a rough sample and typically excludes extras such as buttons and trims – it’s created for pure focus on construction and to test the fit, design lines and proportion of the pattern. This sample may go through several iterations before moving on to the next sample. Each sample will require either an in-person or virtual fitting on either your fit model of choice or our dress-forms.

Pattern Digitizing and Grading
If you already have a pattern and a sew-by sample, but do not have your patterns digitally, we offer pattern digitizing services. We can also import digital patterns and print patterns as well.
