What is the minimum order quantity?

We offer low minimums to help your business grow and succeed, though we prefer and have the capactity for large orders as well. Our MOQ is 5 garments per style and color but can be mixed in size. Sample runs are 2X the manufacturing cost and a minimum of 2 garments are required.

What garments do you typically produce?

We specialize in casual women's, men's and children's apparel such as: - Rompers - Zippered Sleepwear - Pants and Shorts - T-shirts, tank tops - Joggers and sweats - Dresses - Camisole - Hoodie - Leotard

What kind of fabric do you work with?

We work with a variety of matierals. We mainly use knits but also work with woven fabrics. Typical materials we've used include: - Silk - Cotton - Tencel - Rayon/ Viscose - Wool - Linen - Polyester - Bamboo - Hemp Fabrics we do not typically work with: - Furs (real or faux) - Leathers (real or faux) - Sequin

What are your sewing room capabilities?

We have a wide variety of capabilites when working with knit fabrics including: - Binding ( ¼-⅜”) - Collars - Plackets - Cuffs - Gathers and pleats - Patch Pockets - Inseam Pockets - Invisible Zippers - Drawstrings and Casings - Elastic Waistbands, cuffs and hems - Snaps and grommets Our Machines include: - Overlock 4-thread - Straight Lockstich - Coverstitch 5-thread - Safetystitch 5-thread - Fastener Press At this time, we do not have capabilities for: - Buttons or buttonholes - Zig-zag stitching - Embroidery

What are your printing & cutting room capabilities?

We offer hand-drawn graphics by our in-house graphic designer as well as transfer printing on our 15x15 heat press. Check out our services page for more information on this! We are capable of processing several rolls of fabric up to 72" wide

Do you offer product development, sourcing or pattern services?

During our consultion, we can assist you in sourcing your materials, pattern making and more to help you develop your brand. We can also help with pattern design, digitizing, grading and more!

What is your turnaround time?

Turnaround times can vary, depending on our workload and the quantity of items being placed. Usually TAT is between 2-4 weeks.

What is our payment policy?

We require payment in full before we begin our services. During our discussion, you will be provided with an itemized invoice via email. You may complete payment with bank transfer, credit or debit card, or through Paypal.
